Transformational Purpose Statement: My purpose for coaching is to empower young female athletes by instilling a strong sense of independence and consistency in all aspects of their lives. Through focused mentorship and support, we aim to build their confidence both on and off the court, helping them to excel as student-athletes. By fostering self-reliance and a commitment to excellence, we strive to develop well-rounded individuals who are not only skilled in their sport but also prepared to face the challenges of life with determination and grace.
Abby is in her first year at CIA, working as the Admin Assistant in the Middle School.
