IMPORTANT: Medical and Health Forms

Using Magnus's secure web portal, parents/guardians complete a VHR (vital health record) for each student. These forms must be completed before your conference or before the first day of school, whichever is sooner. Click here to access the instruction page.

Mustang Athletics



Currey Ingram offers a supportive, all-inclusive athletic program that is equipped to appropriately challenge both new and experienced athletes. It is our belief that every student at Currey Ingram can find a place in Mustang Athletics and gain both physical and social skills through athletic participation.
